Payment Terms

• All approved payments are processed through PayPal.
• Customers must not send payment until their order and final total have been confirmed.
• Production begins only after the required payment is received and confirmed.
• Customers should never send passwords, card numbers, banking information, or other sensitive financial details through the website, email, or Discord.
• Refund eligibility follows the SilverWolf Gaming Soundtracks refund policy.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and Discord information when submitting an order.

Refund Policy

Every SilverWolf Gaming Soundtracks song is made to order, so refunds depend on how far your commission has progressed. Payments and refunds are handled only through PayPal.

• Because every soundtrack is created individually, refunds are limited once production has started.
• A full refund is available at any time before production begins — that is, before the first draft is sent.
• If SilverWolf Gaming Soundtracks cannot complete your order, or cancels it for any reason, you receive a full refund.
• If your first draft has been delivered, the included revisions replace a refund. A partial refund of up to 50% may be offered at SilverWolf's discretion if the revisions cannot bring the song in line with the agreed brief.
• No refunds are given after the final files have been delivered and approved, or after the delivered song has been published or used publicly.
• Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for details that were not included in the original request, or for delays caused by a customer not replying to messages.
• Late delivery by SilverWolf Gaming Soundtracks entitles you to a refund of any rush-delivery fee, and to a full refund if the song is more than 14 days late without agreement.
• Add-ons that have already been produced (cover artwork, lyric videos, extra versions) are non-refundable once delivered.
• All refunds are returned through PayPal to the account used for payment, normally within 5 business days of approval.
• To request a refund, email silverwolfsoundworks.music@gmail.com or open a private Discord ticket with your order name and date. Never share card, bank, or PayPal login details when requesting a refund.
