Payment Terms

  • All approved payments are processed through PayPal.
  • Customers must not send payment until their order and final total have been confirmed.
  • Production begins only after the required payment is received and confirmed.
  • Customers should never send passwords, card numbers, banking information, or other sensitive financial details through the website, email, or Discord.
  • Refund eligibility follows the SilverWolf Gaming Soundtracks refund policy.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and Discord information when submitting an order.
